After more than 20 years with Catapult, we would like to take a moment to celebrate Brent as he heads into retirement and to thank him for the many years of commitment, dedication, and care he has shown to our team, job seekers, and employers.
Brent joined Catapult in 2004 as one of our first Employment Consultants. Over the years he has been a familiar and valued part of Catapult, supporting many people on their journey into employment and helping employers find the right people for their teams.
Brent has always had a unique way of working with people. He has a genuine ability to connect with job seekers and employers, understand their needs, and build strong relationships. His years of experience, knowledge, and commitment have helped create many successful outcomes for the people he has supported.
While Brent took a break from Catapult for around four years, it was great to welcome him back. He has continued to be an important part of our team and has shared his experience, humour, and support with those around him.
For many of us, Brent has become more than just a colleague he has become a friend. He has been someone we have shared the ups and downs of life with, celebrated successes with, and enjoyed many conversations and laughs along the way.
Brent’s contribution to Catapult has been significant, and the relationships he has built over the years are a true reflection of the positive difference he has made.
Although he is moving into retirement, Brent will always be part of the Catapult whānau. We are incredibly grateful for everything he has given over the years and the lasting impact he leaves behind.
