Things to Consider Before Making a Referral
If you have found us and are hoping to be referred or make a referral, we’re so happy to have you here!
There’s just a couple of things to consider before you make that referral:
1. You/they are open and ready for work. This means that it’s not just lip service, but genuine willingness. You/They are ready to put in the hard yards to gain employment.
2. You/they don’t have to have a CV, but they do have to have references ready for a CV. One reference must be work related, paid or voluntary.
3. You/they must be receiving a benefit; jobseekers, supported living, or sole parent.
4. You/they should be looking for over 5 hours a week of work.
If you have these points in order, you’re ready to make your referral!
Please note: all the fields on the referral are required, including GP/doctor’s practice name and emergency contact, for safety purposes.
